Development layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this recent photograph release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a legend identifying different areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including plans for dock shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the ongoing congressional release.
